About Rolvane, a bearing sourcing desk

Rolvane is a sourcing desk for bearings and bearing components, not a factory. We coordinate partner plants in the Chinese bearing clusters, check lots before they ship and keep the paperwork in one place. Questions about how a program would run are welcome through the contact page.

What Rolvane is

Rolvane is a bearing sourcing desk. It exists because buying bearings from China is easy to start and hard to keep consistent. The industry is large and spread across many clusters and thousands of makers, and the same designation can come from plants of very different quality. The desk sits between the buyer and those plants: it reads the specification, shortlists partner plants for each designation, arranges samples and inspection, and coordinates packing and shipping.

We are a trading and coordination business. We do not operate a bearing plant, and this site does not describe any production line as ours. When a page says that something is made or tested, it refers to a partner plant or a third-party check arranged for the program. That distinction matters for audits, for liability and for honest expectations, so it is stated here plainly.

Relationship to FULVERA

Rolvane is a FULVERA sourcing brand. FULVERA (fulveraglobal.com) runs a group of category-focused sourcing sites, each with its own product knowledge and its own partner network. The brands share back-office functions such as enquiry handling, quotation administration and shipping coordination, which is why enquiries from this site are answered by the FULVERA sales team under the Rolvane name.

How a program runs

  1. Brief. You send designations, quantities, tolerance class, seal, clearance, marking and target market through the quote form.
  2. Shortlist. The desk matches each designation to partner plants by cluster strength, tolerance capability and documentation. See how plants are audited.
  3. Sample and approve. Stock samples or custom samples are checked against the specification, and a sample is approved as the reference for the lot.
  4. Produce and inspect. Production runs against the approved sample, and the lot is inspected before shipment under the plan agreed in advance. See testing and inspection.
  5. Pack and ship. Anti-rust packing, labelling and documents are prepared, and the desk coordinates freight. See logistics and shipping.

Where we work from

The operations office is in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China: Room 1304, Building 16, Yuehua Garden, Yalin Future Community, Huangtian Street. It is an office for communication, documents and coordination. It is not a production site, and visits to partner plants are arranged separately in the clusters where the plants are located. For background on those regions, read industry clusters.

What we do not do

  • We do not publish prices. Price depends on designation, tolerance class, quantity and marking, so it appears only in a written quotation.
  • We do not claim that any bearing is interchangeable with a particular other brand. Boundary dimensions follow ISO standards, but ratings, noise and life depend on the plant and material, so we compare specifications and test samples instead.
  • We do not hold quality certificates ourselves. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 belong to partner plants and are verified per project.
  • We do not promise outcomes before samples are approved. Reference ranges for MOQ and lead time are confirmed in writing for each program; see MOQ and lead time.

Why a desk instead of a single supplier

No single plant is the best fit for every designation. Eastern Zhejiang is strong in small and medium deep groove and miniature bearings, Shandong has the cage, ball and seal supply base, and other regions are known for large or precision bearings. A buyer who needs several families would otherwise manage several suppliers, each with its own marking rules, packing habits and inspection style. The desk consolidates that into one specification set and one record per lot, so a problem can be traced to a plant, a date and a measurement.

It also changes the conversation about quality. Instead of asking whether a supplier is good, the desk asks whether a plant is good at this tolerance class, this seal and this volume, and checks it with a sample. That answer is specific, written down and repeatable, which matters most when a program runs for years.

Who we work with

Typical buyers are OEM equipment makers, MRO and bearing distributors, automotive aftermarket dealers, agricultural and conveyor equipment builders, motor and appliance makers, and automation integrators. Programs range from a few standard designations to full catalogue lists. If your case is unusual, say so in the first message; a short, specific brief is the fastest way to a useful answer.
