This site is operated by Rolvane, a bearing sourcing desk and FULVERA sourcing brand with its operations office in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. In this policy, we means the Rolvane and FULVERA team that handles enquiries from this site. The contact for all privacy matters is mark@fulveraglobal.com.
What the quote form collects
When you submit the quote form, the browser sends the data to our own endpoint, /api/inquiry, on this site. The fields stored are your company name, your name, your email address, your WhatsApp or phone number, your website if you give one, the requirement fields you fill in (for example designations, quantities, tolerance class, seal type and destination), and the URL of the page you sent the form from. For spam control we also record your IP address and the country derived from it. Nothing beyond these fields is requested, and you can leave optional fields empty.
Where the data is stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, which runs on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc. The data is viewed only through a password-protected admin page by the Rolvane and FULVERA sales team. We do not sell your data, rent it out or use it for advertising. We pass details to a partner plant only to the extent needed to prepare your quotation, and normally in a form that does not identify you until you agree to proceed.
Why we use it
We use the information to reply to your request, to prepare a written quotation and to manage the resulting program. The IP address and country are used to detect spam and abuse of the form. We do not use form data to make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the business relationship and for related record keeping. You can ask for deletion at any time by emailing mark@fulveraglobal.com; we will delete the stored submission unless the law requires us to keep it.
Statistics script and browser storage
This site loads a third-party statistics script from spst2.com that collects anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed and approximate region. It is not used to build advertising profiles. The site also uses your browser localStorage to remember your language choice and whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies. Details are in the cookie policy.
International transfers
We are based in China, and Cloudflare operates globally, so the information you send may be processed in countries other than your own. By submitting the form you accept this transfer for the purpose of handling your request. If you prefer, you can contact us by email instead of using the form.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, to give you a copy, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete it. Send the request to mark@fulveraglobal.com from the address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have rights under the law where you live, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
